In today's society, ever-changing laws and court rulings make it increasingly important to know where the landlord and tenant stand and what the are the rights of each. The El Paso Apartment Association, through the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA) continually monitors legislation and court rulings. Association members are kept up-to-date on legislative and other changes through our monthly newsletters. In addition, the Association office can provide advice on rental matters, education opportunites, and many other services.

Only Association members may use the copyrighted TAA lease forms and other documents together with the TAA Redbook. the latter is a compendium of landlord-tenant laws with amplifying commentary. Upon joining, each new member is provided a Redbook.
