If, due to increasing printing or circulation costs, it becomes necessary to increase advertising rates, advertiser will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
El Paso Apartment Association will bill for advertising one quarterly basis, in advance. Advertiser agrees to pay balance due within 30 days of submission of advertising invoice. Any amounts paid for advertisements, which are pre-paid and subsequently cancelled by the cancellation deadline date will be refunded.
