EPAA receives many calls from apartment developers or investors regarding current occupancy rates. Occupancy rates are utilized to help determine if developing more rental units is warranted or not. In addition, many of your owners are extremely interested in what the market is doing in the various market areas of El Paso. Please help us in disbursing accurate and current occupancy figures.. The information you provide will be held in strictest of confidence as to individual apartment communities and will only be used to figure averages.
